General provisions on Personal Data

By using the HeadMind Partners website (“the Site”), you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described herein. HeadMind Partners is responsible for processing personal data on its own behalf.

Applicable legal framework

Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, amended in 2009, lays down the principle :

  • Users must give their prior consent before information can be stored on their terminal, or before information already stored on their terminal can be accessed;
  • Unless these actions are strictly necessary for the provision of an online communication service expressly requested by the user, or are exclusively intended to enable or facilitate communication by electronic means.

Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act transposes these provisions into French law.

  • Subscribe to a newsletter.

Use of personal data

Personal data collected on the Site is collected and processed for the purposes described below:

  • to provide the services or information you request;
  • answering your questions and requests;
  • to process job applications;
  • to make anonymous statistical calculations.

The aforementioned personal data is stored only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and processed.

Recipient of personal data

HeadMind Partners will not sell, share or disclose your personal data to third parties outside the HeadMind Partners Group. However, such data may occasionally be transmitted to third parties acting for or on behalf of HeadMind Partners or in connection with HeadMind Partners’ business for the purpose for which it was originally collected.

Access rights

You have the right to access and update your personal data, as well as the right to request their deletion, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés). We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is up to date, accurate and complete.
